特殊設(shè)計(jì)的加料系統(tǒng)，在低浴比時(shí)亦能保證織物勻染效果

可編程計(jì)量入水，精確定量注料系統(tǒng)，織物循環(huán)時(shí)間控制，可調(diào)風(fēng)機(jī)和噴嘴壓力
● 染色穩(wěn)定性良好
采用前置水流噴嘴染色，處染敏感顏色時(shí)不易出現(xiàn)色花
● 能耗低
比傳統(tǒng)染色機(jī)節(jié)省用水50%以上，節(jié)省助劑及蒸汽40%以上，同時(shí)大幅度降低了污水處理的費(fèi)用
● 獨(dú)立供水的水洗系統(tǒng)

As JDC-OH adopts front water flow nozzle for dyeing, dyeing defect and dyeing difference between tubes will hardly occur.
● Low Energy consumption
Can saves 50% water and over 40% auxiliaries and steam, greatly reduce the cost of the sewage treatment.
● Separate water supply cleaning system
With a separate water supply system, the face of the fabric is much more cleaner and the time is shorter, the water consumption is less.
