JZD型減振器配有橫向限位和阻尼裝置，能夠承受一定的剪切力，尤其是對(duì)重心高、橫向力較大的設(shè)備隔振，提高了橫向水平剛度和被隔振設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性，是一種新型的減振產(chǎn)品。
該產(chǎn)品具有頻率低，阻尼比大（阻尼比＞0.065），同時(shí)上部配有高度調(diào)節(jié)螺栓，當(dāng)設(shè)備中心不一致使減振器壓縮變形量不一時(shí)，可調(diào)節(jié)高度螺栓固定，底部可與地基直接固定連接。如設(shè)備不需要固定，則可拆去高度調(diào)節(jié)螺栓。 本產(chǎn)品主要用于各種水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)、離心往復(fù)機(jī)、破碎機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)、攪拌類機(jī)械，發(fā)電機(jī)、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)組，冷卻塔、空調(diào)機(jī)組等動(dòng)力設(shè)備的積極隔振和精密儀表的消極隔振。經(jīng)中科院上?？萍疾樾伦稍冎行牟樵?，達(dá)到"國(guó)內(nèi)，"水平。
Model JZD Anti-Shear Damper-Spring Buffer is a newly developed vibration-reducer product that is bearable to certain level of shear based on horizontal position-limit damper device installed in it forimproving its horizontal rigidity and stability of vibration-isolating device, and is especially suitable for vibration-isolation of equipment with high barycenter and lager horizontal force.
This product has lower inherent frequency and larger damping ratio(&0.065),ａnd its height-adjusting screw installed at ist upper part could be used for keeping equipment horizontality if buffer deformation is in non-coincident equipment barycenter(But lower nut shall be screwed firmly against on house for increasing thread's strength);If unnecessary to set horizontality, isolated equipment barycenter (But lower nut shall be screwed firmly against on house for increasing thread's strength);If unnecessary to set horizontality, isolated equipment could be placed directly on upper part of the buffer and fixed via heigt-adjusting screw and its bottom could be directly fixed on foundation . If it is not necessary to fix the equipment,height-adjusting screw and its bottom could be directly fixed on foundation. If it is not necessary to fix the equipment,height-adjusting screw could be removed.
This product is mainly used for positive vibration-isolation of powered equipment such as varied pump, fan, centrifugal/reciprocating mechanism, crusher, compressor, stirring, generator, motor set, cooling tower, air-conditioning set and etc., and for negative vibration-isolating of precious instruments. The result of search and evaluation conducted by Shanghai Innovation Evaluation and Consulting Center for Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Science shows that our products have attaibed the°domestic-leading and international-advanced°±level.
