一、防水卷材不透水儀產(chǎn)品簡介：
防水卷材不透水儀采用電動(dòng)氣泵加壓，采用電器自動(dòng)控制加氣加壓，自動(dòng)保持壓力，為油氈和防水卷材不透水性的檢測、實(shí)驗(yàn)和研究提供了方便的設(shè)備。在測試壓力不大于0.6MPa的情況下，可以用本儀器作其它有關(guān)材料透氣性或透水性的測定。用于檢測石油瀝青油氈及高分子防水卷材不透水性的儀器.依照GB/T328.8-2007所規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)要求設(shè)計(jì)制造。

二、防水卷材不透水儀使用方法：
★把要試驗(yàn)的材料剪成3個(gè)135mm的圓形或大于135mm的方形試件待用。
★在使用前根據(jù)試件的試驗(yàn)要求把壓力表調(diào)整好。
調(diào)節(jié)方法是：壓力表的玻璃蒙中間有調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕，他的上限和下限調(diào)節(jié)定值，需要借助一字螺絲刀。把把上限指針擰到試驗(yàn)規(guī)定的壓力數(shù)的位置，下限指針擰到比上限小0.05Mpa的位置，這樣在工作時(shí)當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到要求時(shí)（上限值）自動(dòng)停止加壓。當(dāng)滲漏或透水使壓力下降到一定數(shù)值（下限值）氣泵又自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)補(bǔ)充壓力。例如：試驗(yàn)壓力要求0.3Mpa，表殼中間處圈把上限指針撥到表盤的0.3的位置，再用螺絲刀將中間下限指針擰到0.25的位置。
★使用時(shí)，先用內(nèi)六角扳手把三個(gè)透水盤的壓圈松開卸下，把注水口的蓋擰開，再把放水閥關(guān)嚴(yán)，從注水口慢慢注入清水，至容器的2/3處，分別擰開閥門“1"“2"“3"（0為放水閥）中間的進(jìn)水孔冒出水來，溢滿透水盤為止，然后把注水口蓋擰緊。
★把被測試件，放在透水盤環(huán)形膠圈上，再把試件壓板放在被測試件上，擰緊螺絲。
★根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)要求設(shè)定時(shí)間撥碼，設(shè)定時(shí)間值。
★插上電源插頭，打開啟動(dòng)開關(guān)，氣泵開始往容器內(nèi)注入壓力氣體，此時(shí)加壓指示燈亮。
★到壓力上xian shi自動(dòng)停止加壓，此時(shí)恒壓指示燈亮，按規(guī)定時(shí)間試驗(yàn)完成后，擰開放水閥，把水放出卸掉壓力，再松開壓圈取下試件，試驗(yàn)完畢。

The lower limit hａnd is screwed to a position 0.05 m below the upper limit, so that the pressure is automatically stopped when the pressure reaches the required level (upper limit value) during operation. When the leakage or permeable water causes the pressure to drop to a certain value (lower limit value), the air pump automatically starts the supplementary pressure. For example, the test pressure requires 0.3Mpa, and the upper limit of the case is turned to the position of 0.3 of the dial, and then the middle lower limit pointer is screwed to the position of 0.25 with a screwdriver.
★When using, first use the Allen key to loosen the pressure ring of the three permeable trays, unscrew the cover of the water inlet, and then close the drain valve. Slowly inject the water from the water inlet to the container 2/ At the 3 places, unscrew the water inlet hole in the middle of the valve “1", “2" and “3" (0 is the drain valve), overflow the draining plate, and then tighten the water inlet cap.
★ Place the tested piece on the circular apron of the permeable tray, then place the test piece on the tested part and tighten the screw.
★ Set the time dialing code according to the experimental requirements and set the time value.
★ Plug in the power plug and turn on the start switch. The air pump starts to inject pressure gas into the container, and the pressure indicator lights up.
★ When the pressure upper limit is reached, the pressure is automatically stopped. At this time, the constant pressure indicator light is on. After the test is completed according to the specified time, the water valve is opened, the water is released, the pressure is released, and the pressure ring is released to take off the test piece. The test is completed.

四、防水卷材不透水儀注意事項(xiàng)：
★ 每次試驗(yàn)完畢，要把透水盤的各個(gè)件擦干凈，涂抹防銹油脂。
★ 壓力上不去時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查各部位是否有漏水或漏氣的地方，或者氣泵與容器連接的氣門心是否老化，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。
