平推式全自動(dòng)切條機(jī)及直紋,45度斜紋卷布機(jī)適用于布料、無(wú)紡布、帳篷、雨傘、泡棉、皮革、反光材料、塑膠、紙張、雙面膠、醋酸布、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)帶、導(dǎo)電布、銅箔等材料各種寬度直條，橫條及45度直斜條的卷布及裁切是服裝、箱包、鞋帽、服裝輔料、反光材料廠、帳篷廠、雨傘廠、電子廠等行業(yè)的理想選擇。

配備特點(diǎn)：
（1）主軸以及圓刀使用無(wú)級(jí)變速系統(tǒng)，可做高低無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速及正反轉(zhuǎn)切換控制。
（2）臺(tái)板左右移位和進(jìn)退刀均采用進(jìn)口高精密步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)及進(jìn)口PLC控制切割寬度及進(jìn)退刀切割和磨刀系統(tǒng)，配合進(jìn)口精密滾珠絲桿及滑軌移位，高壽命，不易磨損，使切割寬度的精度達(dá)到0.1mm，最窄切割寬度為2mm，進(jìn)刀切割時(shí)平行快速推進(jìn)，速度采用無(wú)極調(diào)速，可分段控制，紙管容易切斷，達(dá)到高精度快速切出高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品。
